Between 1994 and 2007, the population jumped from 13, 477 to 33,000.1 The tremendous growth of the community is largely due to young professionals and those beginning young families who are drawn to the area because of its proximity to the highways and award-winning schools. 2 It is also near Miami University of Ohio, University of Cincinnati, Wright State University, University of Dayton and Wilberforce University, which has brought additional interest to the area. With all of its attributes, Liberty Township is a natural fit for The Spot II, a predecessor of The Spot located in Fairfield, Ohio. The Spot at Fairfield is aimed at becoming the top-rated bar/nightclub in Butler County, Ohio, providing a comfortable and entertaining environment for patrons. At The Spot II, the same goal will be achieved with strategic marketing and design plans to draw-in the 24-25 year old professional crowd flooding the area......
