In this article I will discuss this individual via scenarios that show the astounding effect this person�s poor leadership had on his superiors, peers, and subordinates. These scenarios will be discussed in segments as per Siddhartha�s Four Noble Truths as adjusted to conform to post-modern life by Dr. Michael Lieberman Carey (organizational dislocation/self-embeddedness, self-transcendence, and the path of leadership) (Carey, 2006, p. 3). These will also be compared to the readings assigned during this course module. In conclusion, I will discuss how an effective leader can possibly avoid these scenarios by firstly asking him or herself, �What don�t I want as a leader?� as I fully believe that if you know what you don�t want out of leadership, you can be a more worthy leader yourself in future situations.
