Introduction We have all complain about �the politics� in our organizations, we desire to make changes in our workplace but we often here ourselves say we can not because we do not have the power to do so. Power and politics is an issue we should not avoid or run from instead master. We don have to be CEO�s of an organization to be powerful but we must find legitimate sources of power in order to effect change. There are to types of politics: Good politics and Bad politics. The majority of us will encounter with bad politics. In bad politics people spend time building relationships with the power brokers. Often they attend to the right meetings, take credit from other people�s ideas, and find all information possible.
