There is a position at my job called the Web Architect, this person is charge of a lot of things. His/Her responsibility is mainly to make sure all the websites are align and in certain categories and he also helps maintain them to make sure they follow company policies. The job does allow a self management because when it comes to creating the web page it all falls down to is it do able will it follow under the rules and regulations of the company and is it easy to maintain. The position also cultivates a sense of intrinsic motivation. I think we follow Herzberg�s two-factor theory, and Adams equity theory. Herzberg's two- factor theory, the two factors are the Motivation and Hygiene factor. The Motivation factors are factors that lead to job satisfaction. They are mostly intrinsic factors such as achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility, advancement, and growth.
