Saturday, September, 22nd; between four pm and five pm I observed my little sister who is six years old for 30 minutes. Araba is my sister�s name. She was playing on the computer and then asked my sister, Efua, if she could to go to the playground. My sister said yes. During my observation, Araba was playing on the computer and wanted my sister to help her access the Disney Channel website. She was shouting at the top of her lungs until my sister accessed the Disney Channel website for her. Araba was drawing and coloring on the pictures that she had printed from the Disney Channel website. I noticed that she had a lot of pictures from school hanging on the wall. The Developmental Psychology book states on page 224, that the explosion of new motor skills occur in early childhood and each is built on from her toddler hood stage.
