This essay shall explore the needs of a particular service user. I shall not be using her full name in order to protect her identity. She will be referred to as Miss P through out the essay. I shall be discussing the positive and negative aspects of the care received by her. I will also attempt to comment on any particular needs and expectations she may have had that were not met. Another important aspect of this essay will be the provision and management of the care sought and arranged by his/her carer/family. Miss. P is a white British, born in 1963, who suffered a Neonatal Subarachnoid Haemorrhage resulting in a right-sided Hemoplegia, therefore she uses a calliper to walk. Her epilepsy condition is somewhat relatively under control. She also suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. She also had a premenstrual syndrome.
