This leads us to observe organizational behavior (OB) in hopes of minimizing unwanted and/or negative changes within an organization. Organizational behavior, organizational culture, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and organizational learning are all factors within an organization. These terms must first be defined in order to create a truly more efficient work environment.
