There are experiences and events in an individual�s life that change everything. These occurrences change the way that the person perceives events and life from then on. Such experiences usually touch the individual on an emotional level and present them with something they�ve never seen before. They take the stubborn state of mind that the person had before and invigorate them with something completely new and different. Such an episode occurred with me the first time I witnessed the ocean. When I first saw it, it took hold of me and set me on a new path of realization about the world around me and what I wanted out of it. I flew into Miami on March 24th, 2005. I rented a car right away and went straight to the beach. I was so excited to see the ocean. I quickly parked my car in the nearby store�s parking lot just a street away from what I was sure was a beach. I got my first glimpse of the beauty that was the sea.
