Bryce Phipps Ms. Lynette Morinini English MO1A Observation, Reflection Essay 12 September 2007 Sunday at Seven As seven o�clock rolled around I noticed the pines trees with all their needles; sharp as push pins began to flow in the evening breeze. With time pressing on, the night life begins to emerge with countless bugs droning into any light that catches their vision. And as they begin to grow in numbers I get this feeling of insecurity and disgust as they buzz around my face like bees in a honey comb. I want to move, but the humidity kills me. As I observe more I notice that a little league baseball game has started not more than a hundred yards in front of me. And it shoots this nostalgic feeling down my spine like a race horse out the gates. Growing up, baseball was my favorite pastime, and still is today. As I watch them set up, I hear a noise in the sky forcing me to look vertically.
