What are my emotions, some of my emotions can be unexplainable such as having aggression, depression. confusion, fear, guilt, shame, sadness, frustration, pity, rage, anger, and doubt. I have choosen to explian my emotions to cure myself of having an emotional block up all the time.To me emotions are too complex to be a subjective conscious experience by the bodily arousal.Emotions are ordinarily conceived as irrational occurrences that cloud judgment and distort reasoning.
