Ancient Greece is one of the most important civilizations in all of history. They have changed the world in so many ways. Still to this day, we use their ways of thinking and their inventions to help us or to simply guide us in life.
They are the inventors of the Olympics, which were and still are held every four years. Some of the events which were held are, wrestling, boxing, horse racing, pentathlon, (a series of five events: sprinting, long-jumping, javelin-hurling, discus-throwing, and wrestling) and many more. Every single one of these events are still known and practiced to this day.
The Greeks had such a huge impact on society that there lifestyles are still known and used in modern society. They are also the creators of drama.
