Abstract A supply chain is a process that involved different individuals, and steps to process a transaction and get an end product to a consumer. The consumer can be either a business or an individual. Two types of supply chains are B2B and B2C based. The steps involved in each of these processes are different and involve different systems, and management styles to ensure their accuracy. All supply chains are managed by a team to ensure that the end product reaches its destination in a timely and cost efficient manner.
