President Bush and his administration have spent the last seven years tearing apart everything that the United States has been built upon. Although the Bush administration has not single-handedly caused every problem facing the nation, it has certainly stopped any forward progress that took place prior to Bush�s election in 2000. The next administration will need to restore the Constitution, the media, the judicial system, and the environment. It will take an extraordinary leader as well as a great deal of time to undo the damage and get the country back on track. The first and perhaps most important thing that needs to be done to bring the United States back to the pre-Bush era is to restore the Constitution. The Bush administration has undermined nearly every part of the Bill of Rights. The most standout violations of the Constitution are the complete disregard for the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.
