The fashion industry has grossed billions of dollars throughout the years and shows no signs of depletion. However, just as Da Vinci�s art supporters volley for his respect and higher regard over works of competing designers such as Picasso and Monet, the fashion industry contains a war all in its own. American high fashion has developed over the years and is now a running candidate for top respect, in comparison to its elder European Fashion sister. There are, of course, a number of issues that surround the development and growth of this progressing American fashion industry including the challenge of obtaining the absolute highest quality instruments to work with, America�s fashion heritage, the existing talent in America, and finally their cutthroat competition in the foreign market.
