Today, I will evaluate the organizing function of management in my organization as it relates to the following resources: Monetary, Human Resources and Knowledge. I am a sub-contractor for a Pre-Paid Health Clinic which is the underdog of a Health Maintenance Organization. It is a small company that employs six full-time employees; four sub-contractors and five hundred sales agents. Monetary The organizational resources in the monetary arena are spreaded throughout each department.
