These places he is wrong are related to his unreliable sources that are used throughout the article. These sources, along with some illogical arguments that are made, and several generalizing statements make this essay difficult to agree with. Etzioni�s sources are unreliable in that his main research is done through statistics. Also, the statistics used are mostly from the Charper-Fraser Study done in 1984 (p. 331). If Etzioni wants to convince youth and parents he needs to use more recent sources.
