EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Fossil oil, the world�s limited resources, when it is being consumed, it releases harmful gases that would cause disaster and the current climate changes, so the actions need to be taken in respond to this threat before it�s too late. Scientists have come up with a solution, which is to reduce the greenhouse emission. First, by introducing the petroleum electric hybrid vehicle [3] (HV) to the market. As it reduces the consumption on oil, since it uses a recently designed engine that can run on both electric and oil, which in return reduces the emission of greenhouse gases [2], toxic gases, etc. Thus it presents a much more environmental friendly, minimizing the damage to the nature. But HV has been criticized of not being efficient, in the aspect of under power, also more expensive than normal vehicles that are of the same class, plus short of recharge location.
