Yet, there has been an increase in the number of vegetarians. There are several different kinds of vegetarians. A vegan consumes no products produced by an animal of any kind. An ovo-vegetarian eats eggs, but no dairy foods or animal flesh. A lacto-vegetarian eats dairy foods, but no eggs or animal flesh.
