Fallacies Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

Fallacies are a component of an argument that is demonstrably flawed in its logic or form, thus rendering the argument invalid in whole. People use three tactics to manipulate and scare other in to believing in what they want to prove true. Emotion is used to persuade others while force is a way to involve that emotion and fear is used to motivate whatever topic you are trying to pass. Appeal to emotion is a logical fallacy, which uses the manipulation of the recipient's emotions, rather than valid logic, to win an argument. This fallacy is actually an extremely effective persuasive device. Many people have argued that emotions often carry much more force than their reason. However, it is possible to determine what sort of claim the person is actually attempting to support. In such cases, one needs to ask, "What sort of claim is this person attempting to get people to accept and act on?" In such cases, what is needed is an argument that there is a causal connection between the action motivated by emotion and the circumstances that arouse that emotion. Ex 1 The new Ult......
