There is a young man crying in the back corner of his room, knife in hand and tears running down his cheek. He feels as if the world is against him and there is not a place to turn to for help. What has caused such turmoil? Society has developed a socially tolerable apathy for others� emotions and comfort zones, which has gone to the point of destroying countless lives and should not be aloud to continue. Going back to the young man in his room, what has happened to cause this atrocity? There are numerous possibilities. All of them stem from the same root though, watered by the ignorance that exists everywhere one tries to look. With people not caring for what happens to their fellow human beings, a cloud of depression may form. �If a person bluntly voices their opinion on a sensitive subject without considering who the people surrounding them, most likely someone within the group will be offended and not stand up for themselves.
