The League of Nations repeatedly proved its futility and Japan was therefore able to spread its kingdom over the East Asia with ease, treating its previous occupants with extreme brutality. Mainly led by Britain and France, the League of Nations kept up a reasonably good work up until when they faced the problem of Japan in Manchuria. In this plight, they have proved that they are in fact powerless and incompetent when faced with a greater power than themselves. Whilst the other countries lamented this pathetic outcome, Japan was furtively extending its kingdom steadily over the East Asia; conquering different parts of the territory and using the prior inhabitants as its personal tool for aiding its further success. The League of Nation was not able to stop Japan from spreading its empire because it was inept and unwholesome and thus Japan was able to liberally treat its conquered people with inhumane cruelty. The League of Nations was so busy saving its face that it did not bother to take care of the unity of the nations � which I believe is the cause of Japan�s unstoppable ......
