The Love of Man One may make the argument that sin is preformed due to the nature of the man. That man is created with an inclination towards the worse actions due to the pleasure received from it. However, man is created with a soul bound by hope of obtaining something far higher then simple temporal pleasures. It is only in a proper love of the Good, of God, that men may ever truly be happy. It is when men forget this, and turn towards their selfish fulfillment of the temporal desires that men come to sin. These desires are rooted in the body, the mind as well as the soul. Therefore, the fall of man is due to the corruption of the primary love of man. Primarily, man is led down the road of sin by the overindulgent fulfillment of the carnal desires. This is the most primitive of all desires as it is done in the complete lack of thought.
