The Bead Bar is a company that provides customers with the supplies needed to make and design their own beaded jewelry. The company employs 15 full-time employees and approximately 20 part-time employees. This company�s annual revenue is now at approximately 1.5 million dollars. As a result of the company�s growth, they are now in need of improving their ways of conducting business and crossing over to the digital world.
