The Bead Bar is a company that provides customers with the supplies needed to make and design their own beaded jewelry. The company employs 15 full-time employees and approximately 20 part-time employees. This company�s annual revenue is now at approximately 1.5 million dollars. As a result of the company�s growth, they are now in need of improving their ways of conducting business and crossing over to the digital world. (Malaga, R.A., 2005) The Bead Bar still uses several paper based forms however; they are finding that due to their higher volume of business, their paper based system is no longer sufficient. Several orders have been lost, invoices have been inaccurate and delays in orders have occurred.
