Have you ever been so confident, that in your head you keep telling yourself that you�re going to do an awesome job, or it�s going to be a cake walk, or it�s just going to be �too easy too easy�? Don�t get me wrong, there�s nothing wrong with being confident, but then you realize that it was harder then you ever pictured or nothing like you ever expected it to be. The end result was totally different and made you open your eyes and face reality, having a global view of what happens in life. Or what about, you�ve been through some really hardcore, tough or what you thought was manly training. You think of yourself very highly, unstoppable, and successful. Then instructor tells us that my team and I have been doing really great, better than the other groups he�s had in the past. He starts to speak about how he hates when his higher ups throw in training courses that need to been done in the months training, talking to us like were done with this training.
