Clive Staples �Jack� Lewis (also widely know as C. S. Lewis); writer, scholar, a man. Today I am writing about, as you have probably guessed C. S. Lewis. The man whose books have been translated into 30 different languages, and are still selling an average of a million copies every year, his books are still being made into movies, most noted would be Disney�s The Lion, The Witch, and The wardrobe. We will be taking a look into his early life, education, his time in World War I, his works/book, his previous career, following with his later life. This is C. S. Lewis� story. Lewis was born in Belfast, Ireland on November 29, 1898. His Father�s name was Albert James Lewis and his mother Flora Augusta Lewis. Albert�s Family came from Wales, and Flora was the Daughter of a Church of Ireland priest. He also had an older brother, Warren Hamilton Lewis, also know as Wernie.
