Gap Analysis: Global Communications The telecommunications industry has become flooded with competition. As a result, Global Communications (GC) must make the appropriate moves to position themselves to grow and become the industry leader they would like to be. Through the introduction of new services, making some business moves that can cut cost, and beginning to market heavily internationally, GC plans to position themselves at a higher level and eventually become industry leaders. This paper will discuss the issues facing Global Communications. I will break down each issue and give my suggestion of the opportunities available. The many concepts we�ve discussed from class can be applied to this organization�s situation.
