After viewing the videos from weeks 1 and 2, and viewing the CanGo website it is clearly evident that the company is in need of many improvements. Communication, organization and teamwork all have to be handled and improved upon. Although as stated in the first videos it is quickly becoming the fastest growing company in the Hudson Valley Fastest and as a success story, it is clearly all by chance. As stated in the video when Liz was talking to herself, �How did we plan this, how did I plan this? It was an accident, we started a business and it became a success.� The utilization of the word �we� instead of �I� is clearly an indication that Liz does not take full credit for what everyone in the company has done. Liz is obviously proud of the success of her company and she has received the attention of the Hudson Valley Business Association. The fact that she is going to accept the reward negates the fact that she has included everyone in the statement.
