In order to compete in this growing market Global Communications will reconstruct the way it does business. The first item to reconstruct will be the communication between senior executives and union employees. Secondly, Global Communications will look into cost cutting measures in order to increase productivity. Lastly, Global Communications will develop cross cultural communication to aid in its goal to become a global conglomerate.
