Globalization can be defined as �international integration�, which can be described as the process by which the people of the world are unified into a single society and functioning together. This process is a combination of economic, technological, and political forces (dictionary.com). Globalization, as a term, is very often used to refer to economic globalization, that is integration of national economies into international economies & businesses through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, and spreads of technology. Even though many may have regarded globalization positively, especially after the economics development witnessed in many poorer countries, especially in the last years, globalization has also showed its downside.
