THE DEATH PENALTY Punishment is an act, not to hurt but to actually discipline an individual. It is often said that sparing the rod may spoil the child. In the modern society, different segment have adopted different ways to punish culprits. Many people in the society have raised concern over the most disputed topic ever, CAPITAL PUNISHMENT. Capital punishment is not just merely an act. It's an action that has long term permanent effects on not just the victim and culprits relatives and companions, but the whole society. From the dawn of humanity, man has set his rules in his community which everyone is to abide by. And for everyone who violates it, will be awarded a suitable punishment, It may sound like Fascist, but I am in support of such punishments. People I have met, tend to argue that, punishing a person won't help regain the soul of the victim. And maybe, just maybe the culprit may undergo a personality change and may turn out to be a nice person who may even, if not financially then morally support the victim's family.
