It is very hard for some supervisors or managers to train someone how to do a job the way they want it to be done without trying to do it themselves. I know that when I have tried to teach and/or train someone to do something I end up doing more of it myself than they do because either I can do it faster or they are not doing it the way I want them too. But I am not the only person who has these troubles; I know plenty of other people have done this themselves or at least had it done to them once or twice. So what I have done is developed a three day orientation/training program to help supervisors and managers train their soon to be employees. Day one of the program starts out with some basics that may be review for some and new information for others. You always want to start out training a new employee on a good note so give them a nice big company welcome and make them feel more at home and at ease. Now every employee needs to know the objectives and philosophy of the organization that they are going to be working for so explain these things so that they know them. You will als......
