This paper will discuss the four primary functions of management and the managers who perform those functions at Kudler Fine Foods. How Kudler uses technology and the internet and the impact on the management of the company will be discussed and examples of Kudler�s use of Porter�s Competitive Forces Model will be illustrated. Primary Functions of Management Kudler Fine Foods is a local upscale specialty shop in the San Diego metropolitan area. Kudler provides all a gourmet cook would ever want � fine food and all the tools necessary to prepare it; all at a reasonable price.
