On the morning of April 16, 2007, Seung-Hui Cho murdered thirty-two people and then himself during two separate attacks. In between attacks Seung- Hui Cho sent pictures of himself to NBC TV in New York. These fourty three pictures where of the killer posing like he was a toy or action figure dressed up in army camoflauge (http://virginiashooting.net). This shooting was the worst school shooting in United States History (Mial 1). Not only did the killer murder thirty-two other people, he wounded many others. �Had it become a law earlier, it may well have saved the lives of thirty-two students who were killed at Virginia Tech by another mentally ill gunman,� said Schumer (Flaherty 1). The Virginia Tech shooting could have been prevented by tougher gun laws that would have made it harder for the killer to get his hands on a gun, and warning signs that were shown by the killer could have been taken more seriously. Seung-Hui Cho, the killer, had shown many warning signs before the mass murder. Cho was under psychiatric care for mental issues, a year and a half before......
