Metaphor approach, provided by Morgan, is one of the significant approaches to study the organizations as a complex social system. Culture metaphor is regarded by Morgan (1997) as the key elements in organizations. However, it is widely agreed that no metaphor can show the practical organizational life. (Drummmond, 2000; Lawley, 2001; Mullins, 2007), and it is argued by Morgan (1986) that culture metaphor can only explain the symbolic and magical phenomenon at most.
