A mother is defined as �A women who conceives, gives birth to, or raises and nurtures a child� but what really classifies a mother as good or bad. A mother is supposed to be there for her children when they need her. She should be the most precious thing that a child could ever want for. In the older days, a child did not have to want for their mothers because she was there every step of the way. In this decade, children want their mothers to be around more often. While a good mother is still the most precious thing to have, because of the lack of supervision, mannerism and mealtimes in today�s society there are as well presented with bad mothers. In this paper I am going to compare and contrast my opinion on what a bad and good mother entails. A lot of mothers are spending more time fulfilling their self desires and wants instead of looking after their children�s needs.
