The purpose of this paper is to describe the employee performance incentive plans in my organization which is called Defense Support Services LLC (DS2). This paper will address DS2�s Vision, Mission, and Goals as well as any employee performance incentive plans for achieving the Vision, Mission, and Goals of the company. Defense Support Services LLC is �a company with over 7000 professionals whom provide assistance to the Department of Defense (DOD) on five continents in over 100 countries� (Defense Support Services, 2007). DS2�s main focus is to provide support and maintenance to the DOD�s equipment and facilities. DS2�s main customers are the Air Force, Army, and Navy. DS2 provides maintenance for many systems such as: helicopters, airplanes, weapon systems, ground support equipment and sea ships. DS2�s Vision is �to be the preeminent supplier of mission support and management services to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies by delivering exceptional service to those who serve our nation� (DS2, 2007).
