Riordan Manufacturing has assigned a Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO) to review the agency�s policies and procedures. The CCO will recommend changes and additions to these policies and procedures that will allow Riordan Manufacturing to be in compliance. The recommended changes are discussed throughout this paper. Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause The first step for Riordan Manufacturing would be to incorporate an alternative resolution clause. Riordan�s alternative resolution clause will be, �Any person or persons who violate the Corporate Compliance Plan will be subject to disciplinary action. Disciplinary actions will include verbal and written warnings, suspension, and termination. The action taken will be based on the severity of the violation.� This clause will provide awareness to the employees of Riordan of the seriousness taken by Riordan regarding this Corporate Compliance Plan.
