In the spring of 1980, the port of Mariel Harbor, Cuba, was opened, and thousand set sail for the United States. They came in search of the American dream. One of them found it on the sun-washed avenues of Miami, wealth, power and passion beyond his wildest dreams. He was Tony Montana, a fugitive from Cuba, on the run from the regime of Fidel Castro. He had absolutely nothing, but still he wanted it all. Tony and his friend Manny started their new life in Freedom town. Freedom town was a little camp where all the Cuban fugitives lived until they got their visa. Tony got a deal, where he had to kill one of Fidel�s men to get out of Freedom town. So he did, and he and Manny could start their new life. Nice and slowly he moved up the ladder of the Cocaine Empire in Miami. But after about two years he had it all. He had the money, power, respect and the women. But Tony wanted more. He wanted to be in charge of the entire cocaine marked, in USA. Finally he could not take it anymore, and he slowly drifted away, so finally he lost it all, including his own life. This movie really mean......
