There was a time when I had to pick between my girlfriend and skateboarding and that�s when I realized their similarities. I have been skateboarding for a long time and I got love for the sport as much as I got love for my girlfriend. I had to dedicate my time to both of the things. My girlfriend called me while I was skating and said �hey you, lets hang out.� I had to decide what to do, because both my girlfriend and skateboarding make me very happy. So I said �Sure babe, I�ll come get you right now.� Every time I skate, I learn a lot about myself and my girlfriend does the same for me. I learn how far my actions can go and my girlfriend lets me know my limitations. There are some negative things I have to deal with, but find a solution for it. Skateboarding is similar to having a girlfriend because commitment is needed. Skaters go to skate parks but also take their skills to street spots. They want to find unique skate areas where they can skate.
