Anne Frank was born on June 12, 1929 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany into a Jewish family. When Anne was just four years old a man named Adolf Hitler started to enforce anti-Jewish laws. Hitler was a prejudice man, he blamed the Jews for everything. These laws made life extremely difficult for them. Hitler instructed the people of Germany not to shop in stores owned by Jewish people. By this time Anne�s parents, Otto and Edith Frank, decided that there was no future in Germany and fled to Amsterdam, Holland to avoid being harassed because of their religion. Anne was only four years old when they had moved. Once living in Holland, Anne was living her life without a care in the world until she was eleven years old, when Germany invaded Holland in 1940. This invasion made Anne�s life extremely hard. She and her sister were forced to go to a separate school just for Jews and her father was not allowed to own his business.
