What is rape? Rape has always been considered when a person is having sex unwilling with another, but there is more than that there are three types of rape. You have Statutory, Single, and Qualified. Single rape is what most people think when they here rape which is when a man/woman force another person into having sex. Qualified is what you usually see in a movie that deals with gangs which is when two or more guys/girls help to have held another against their will to have sexual intercourse. Statutory rape is the one you hardly ever think about when you think of rape but it is rape. Statutory is when you and the person your have sexual intercourse with are both under the age of 16 the guy can go to jail even if the girl was willing.
