BUILDING A POND AND WATERFALL My Junior Project is on landscaping and constructing a pond and waterfall in the front yard of our home. The location of the pond used to have dying bushes that had to be cleared from the spot last year in order to carry out the project. The spot was a slightly sloped triangular-shaped corner between the rock beds bordering our yard and the driveway, which made a great building spot for a pond and waterfall combination. I have done a lot of landscaping around our home, but I have never done work with ponds or the many aspects that go along with them. My previous experience with landscaping has included making rock beds, fire pits, raised flower beds, and transplanting large trees and has helped me in visualizing and making choices that affect the artistic value of well done landscaping.
