Outsourcing is when a company allocates work abroad to other countries to reduce labor costs. It could also mean the process of purchasing merchandises from international vendors rather than making the same goods within their economy. Globalization also helps the economy. "It is the growing integration of economies and societies around the world." (1) Globalization is to extend to other and all parts of the world, like when a business corporation spreads to other countries, for example Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, and Wal-Mart, which is used for trading.
