With the merger of EnviroTech and InterClean comes a plethora of new and revamped policies and procedures. It is important that each individual guiding principle that we set forth from now on be tailored specifically to each department, and customized to the individual teams and employees within each department. As a rather large company we cannot afford to lose sight of the importance of management at an individual level. It is necessary to create what we are calling a career management plan for each of the newly formed teams. The plan will stress major career and development elements such as feedback, promotions, educational opportunities, and diversity. The goal of these plans will be to create more employee buy-in that our firm will use to strengthen the resiliency of the company during the merger. Feedback Feedback will be given to the employee through a variety of ways during his or her review, and also daily or weekly depending on that particular worker��s performance.
