And everyone appear to be perfectly fine and happy about it. For us it doesn't sound as something completely controversial, because we are used to get messages with this content everyday and everywhere. The transition from one ideology to another takes time. Considering the fact that in 1932 teens weren't even discussing sex, the real question is: how did everything change so fast? The answer is media. Today media is the most pronounced form of conditioning as presented in Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World". Media contains advertisements, which goal is to catch people's attention. This form of persuasion is accomplished by creating witty (yet short) slogans, appealing pictures and catchy melodies.
