ADDING YEARS TO MY LIFE - Stop Smoking Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

I used to smoke around 10 cigarettes a day. Not enjoying the taste, or the smell, but smoking anyway. Why did I smoke? I don't know. Maybe because most of my friends did it or because it was the trend or maybe I was habitual to it. There was a moment that I had to choose between smoking and jogging. Smoking was part of my life for some time. I started smoking at 18. At the beginning it was one or two cigarettes a day. After some time I was smoking around 10 cigarettes; however, if I was joining friends for a coffee, or if we were celebrating a wedding, a birthday, or doing homework together, the amount of cigarettes were many more than 10. I married and my husband does not smoke. He actually bothers the cigarette smoke and smell. I had my first son and I was still smoking. At that time I used to work in a bank; so, I wanted to be in shape again as soon as possible before I returned to work. My work used to pay for me to go to the gym and I loved it. I used to do aerobics on a daily basis before my pregnancy. I wanted to be with my newborn as much as possible before I had to return ......
