In the realm of geopolitics and international business, there are an extremely large amount of variables that come in to play when trying to predict the future and the shifting of paradigms. Maybe the largest and most complicated of these variables is the international economy. As globalization continues to spread, new situations arise for the global economy on a daily basis. Of these countless situations, two of them are the rapid growth of China's economy and the United States' war in Iraq. These two situations are extremely complex and will require even more complex solutions. Even without knowing these solutions, we may still be able to predict some of the future effects that these situations will have on geopolitics and the global economy. To be able to predict these effects, we must first examine the complexities of each situation.
