Introduction One of the most important challenges that youngsters have to encounter in Iran is how they should choose their spouse. They usually use two common models to go through this process. Although these models have some merits, both have serious flaws and that's why the majority of the marriages that are based on them are not successful. In first model (model A), neither the boy nor the girl who ultimately marries him chooses each other but instead, they are chosen for each other by their families. In the second model (model B), however, the participation of families in the process is almost close to zero. Both of these models are too extreme and problematic. For instance, in many families, the children's mindset is totally different from those of their parents because there are inevitable differences in different generations. As a result, the marriage that seems perfect to families does not necessarily seem the same to their children.
