Throughout Timothy's life, he served many roles from famous psychologist, professor at Harvard University, hippie, psychedelic drug aficionado, spiritual leader, and political revolutionary. As Timothy Francis Leary had an un-conventional childhood as the son of a Springfield, MA dentist and belligerent alcoholic, the constant desire to escape from the reality of his life, and into a place where profound life altering experiences could occur.
